For orders within South Africa, I use The Courier Guy, with a flat rate of R120.

For international orders, I ship with DHL, which is fast, reliable, and fully trackable. The cost depends on your location and the current exchange rate.

I no longer use the post office as delivery times are too slow - DHL ensures your order reaches you quickly and safely.

Each piece is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. On average, I sew around 3 items per day, so the time it takes to complete your order will depend on how many items you've purchased and the current order queue.

Your delivery time depends on where you are in my waiting list. Orders are completed in the order that payment is received - so prompt payment secures your spot in my sewing queue.

Once your items are ready, they'll be shipped using your selected delivery method. I'll keep you updated every step of the way so you know when to expect your order.

If your item doesn't fit due to my incorrect measurements, I'll gladly make a replacement free of charge.

To ensure the perfect fit, please take your cat's measurements against the skin - no extra room needed. I always add 1-2cm to the width in just the right places for movement and comfort, so your Sphynx can look stylish and feel comfortable.

For best results, I recommend soaking your cat's clothes in a mixture of tallow-based laundry detergent and an oxy-action soak (like Vanish) before washing as normal.

If your item has vinyl decals, please:

¬ Turn it inside out before washing.

¬ Avoid tumble drying, as heat can damage the vinyl.
