Sphynx Malinx items are handmade or made to order, including made-to-measure garments.

For this reason:

• Custom or made-to-measure items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun.

• Please ensure all sizing details are checked carefully before confirming your order.

We are always happy to help guide you with sizing before an order is placed.

Shipping and Refunds

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Sphynx Malinx cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by courier services, but we will always do our best to assist where possible.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already entered production or preparation may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
